The Gayet fig is an uncommon variety from Dordogne, France, originally sourced from Thierry Demarquest's Figues du Monde collection, notable for its extra large breba crop (up to ~275 grams) and a main crop with a light green exterior and red interior. It is cold hardy, split resistant, does not require pollination by the fig wasp, and is prized for its very rich flavor and oval internal cavity.

Gayet is often used synonymously to describe the Dalmatie fig.
