Wow! This fig is like dipping a perfectly ripe persimmon into a jar of honey - it’s so rich and sweet, it could be sliced and spread anywhere you’d use honey. It has a strong fuyu persimmon flavor. A unique pink/amber skin, with a golden flesh that reveals a spot of pink in the middle. Sweet like candy. Delicious!
